At GamerX we have many house/businesses/properties. If you own one you will earn money every minute, also, you are able to teleport to it by using the /gp <property number> command (goto property).
When ingame you can view the list of properties by typing /properties 0, /properties 1, etc.
When you /buy a property no other players will be able to buy it for 30 minutes (some Admins houses may be more). If after the 30 minute "un-buyable" time period another player buys your property you will receive a full refund if you are online. Alternatively, you can /sell and /buy the property again at any time to extend the "un-buyable" time period.
If you own properties and leave the server you will still own them (until some other player purchases them). You will not be paid for owning a property if you are offline.
You can use the following commands related to properties:
- /myproperties (/propertystats or /myp) to view details of your current properties… eg value, earnings and un-buyable time remaining.
- /propertyinformation (/pi) to view information about how many properties are owned and their total value.
- /prophelp (/prhelp) to view help and commands related to the properties.
